WE HAD NETBALL TRAINING! :D WITH COACH! :D OHMYGOD, it was awesome. Especially the abs training part. I couldn't stop laughing. At all.
I think the medicine balls were coolios.TEEHEE. Tracy; is officially [ and finally ] one step closer to gaining her abs back. [ Which were btw, lost to Carls Jr.]
TODAY WAS PRETTY MUCH AWESOME, PERIOD.
